Dacie's home!

Dacie is home!  We were able to pick her up on Wednesday and we have been happy to have her home.  I just didn't realize how quiet it would be around here without her, and not having her here was very sad.  She did really well with her heartworm treatments and now we have her safely home, minus a square on her lower back where they had to shave to give her the injections.  Poor baby!

We keep telling her that we can see her butt, but she has no shame...:)

Hello to all of you, our friends and family! We are very excited about this new journey in our lives, and have created this blog as a way to share our ongoing news about Baby Cole with each of you! As you may already know, JP and I are expecting our first child, due on February 24, 2011. This was a surprise, but is very much a blessing! As of now, I am midway through my 12th week of pregnancy, and we were happy to get started in the second trimester. Since we are in the second trimester, I will take a moment to catch everyone up on what we've missed so far... How long do you want to be loved? Is forever enough?

After reviewing what I have written all in one, I apologize ahead of time for the length, and the fact that it may seem like I jump from one thing to another.
